Subscription (Monthly/Yearly) provides recurring credits each billing cycle, unused credits roll over to the next period, and you get a discounted rate. Yearly plans save 50% compared to monthly. One-Time purchase gives you a fixed amount of credits with no expiration and no recurring charges — pay once, use at your own pace.

What is the refund policy?

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on your first eligible purchase. To qualify, your refund request must meet ALL of the following: (1) submitted within 24 hours of payment, (2) no more than 50 credits used at the time of the request, and (3) no previous refund has been issued on your account. If any condition is not met, the purchase is non-refundable. Each account is limited to one lifetime refund — purchases made after a previous refund are not eligible. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
